Barbari bread (Nan Barbari, Noon Barbari, Nan-e-Barbari) is a popular and delicious flavorful flat oval or round Persian flatbread. The flour and water paste on the surface of the bread makes a layer of moisture on it which gives a wonderful flavor to this bread and the water in the dough adds a light golden texture all over the bread. This Bread is used to make sandwiches or served with feta cheese for the breakfast, and all other purposes. Barbari Bread contains high amounts of selenium and thiamin, no cholesterol and is very low in saturated fat and sugar.
