Return Policy:

If there is an issue with an order please email orders@yekta.com immediately after receiving your package.

You can return an item if:
1: Your product is damaged:
Contact us immediately after receiving your package by sending an email to orders@yekta.com, please include your order number, Images of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue.
We will contact you shortly to take care of the issue.

2: If you are not satisfied with the items you received:
Contact us immediately after receiving your package by sending an email to orders@yekta.com, please include your order number, and a brief description of the reason you want to return the item.
We will contact you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Notes:
*Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Perishable items (like refrigerated items, fruits, breads, sweets, etc.) are not refundable unless they are damaged on delivery.
*Items cannot be exchanged with any other item. Damaged items will be exchanged for the same item.
* It may take up to 4 business days to process your return after we receive the item back.
