Yekta Persian Market Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yekta Persian Market.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a refund within the 7 days of the delivery date, if 7 days have passed since the delivery, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange those items.

What Items are not refundable?
Perishable items (like refrigerated items, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, breads, sweets, etc.) are not refundable unless they are damaged on delivery.

You can return an item if:

  • Your product is damaged:
    Contact us immediately after receiving your package by sending an email to orders@yekta.com, please include your order number, Images of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue.
    We will contact you shortly to take care of the issue.
  • If you are not satisfied with the items you received:
    Contact us immediately after receiving your package by sending an email to orders@yekta.com, please include your order number, and a brief description of the reason you want to return the item.
    We will contact you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Eligibility for Refunds and

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items cannot be exchanged with any other item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ordrs@yekta.com and send your item to: 1488 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852.

Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@yekta.com

Shipping

  • Please send the product back the following Address: 1488 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
